Equity is everyone’s job, and the Office of Racial Equity assists State agencies and departments to advance equity in their work by providing training, policy guidance, and research.
The Office works with all three branches of State government to advocate for successful, inclusive policy and to identify disparities or opportunities to work toward collective liberation.
